It must beA faltering economy. Woeful and chronic unemployment. Burgeoning welfare rolls. An unsustainable national debt. Skyrocketing health care costs. Skyrocketing energy costs. Lives being wasted in Afghanistan. Profligate government spending. Blundering incompetence in foreign policy racism.
