Why We Have An Education Department

It's not to educate anyone.  It never has.

It's to hand out cash to the unions:

Federal Subsidies to Chicago Schools: $4 Billion in 4 Years; $10,540 Per Student

Eliminate the U. S. Department of Education. Let Chicago deal with Chicago.
